Founded in 1984 Gerali Custom Design, Inc. is an industrialized fabricator/manufacturer of premium surface materials. Our manufacturing expertise spans the full spectrum fabrication of solid surface, quartz surface, natural stone, natural marble, large format porcelain and specialty composites producing unique and diverse products and applications.
Versatile and diverse best describe our capabilities. As a process-engineered operation, we are able to run at high-velocity throughput, allowing us to meet the demands of large volume projects, i.e. Multi-housing, National Chain Business, Turnkey Product Solutions and OEM products. Equal to this is the artisan side of our capabilities, offering one-of-a-kind specialty products. With the combination of unique technologies, patented and proprietary processes, along with our team of talented designers, engineers and craftsmen, we create intricate, detailed one of kind products, applications, and art that make bold statements.

This is where it all happens. Our 5-acre site located in Elgin, Illinois, houses our state-of-the-art industrialized production plant, corporate offices, and warehousing. Our market reaches are extensive throughout the United States and Canada with some offshore business and growing.
